The MS Trust gives advice on health and lifestyle.
The MS Trust trains nurses in your area to support you. They also offer helplines and considerable web-based services.

Support and Advocacy for Multiple Sclerosis (SAMS)
SAMS gives advice and help on maximising financial assistance.
Support and Advocacy for MS CIC (SAMS) provides support, advice and advocacy services to anyone affected by Multiple Sclerosis (MS). SAMS is the only advice and advocacy service in the country specialising in this disability, and gives attention to those in need.

Multiple Sclerosis Society
The MS Society funds research into the disease as well as giving advice and support to people living with MS.
As well as web and phone based support, there may be a local branch of the MS Society operating in your area.
